Si el lector ha llegado aquí por uno de esos azarosos caminos de internet, bueno es aclarar que este blog pertenece a la Cátedra de Derecho Procesal Penal de la Sede Mar del Plata de la Universidad Atlántida Argentina, cuyo titular es el Dr. Guillermo Nicora.
La idea es complementar el siempre insuficiente tiempo de clases, brindando a los alumnos (aunque no sólo a ellos, ya que el blog es de libre acceso) materiales de estudio y un ámbito de comunicación, debate e intercambio.
Los blogs (y lo digo por experiencia personal) suelen "congelarse" por largo tiempo, porque el trabajo de mantenerlo actualizado es eso, trabajo. Y no siempre se cuenta con el tiempo suficiente. Los blogs son un inacabable muestrario de buenas intenciones sepultadas por la dinámica de la vida cotidiana.
Sólo el tiempo dirá si esta herramienta sobrevivirá a ese fenómeno.
